Tyson Stelzer invites you to dinner with Fabrice Rosset, the daring an inspiring personality behind the remarkable house of Champagne Deutz.

At Tyson’s invitation, Fabrice is travelling to Australia from his Champagne Grand Cru of Aÿ to host three intimate dinners.

Fabrice is an inspiration in his ambition, leadership and tenacity. Over more than two decades he has driven one of the most phenomenal success stories of the modern era of champagne. He personally joins the winemaking team at every blending session throughout the year, tasting every vat, and can speak intimately and authoritatively about every detail of the house. We are privileged to have the company of this witty and engaging identity of the modern era of champagne.

Fabrice is bringing with him a very special selection of champagne magnums and bottles from the depth of his cellar, including the prestige cuvées William Deutz 2000 and 2006, Amour de Deutz 2002 and the remarkable old vintage of 1990 Brut Millésimé, otherwise unavailable.

In all, an extraordinary line up of six cuvées, including two magnums, from one of the greatest and most underrated champagne houses will be matched with four courses created by Quay Restaurant.
