This intimate dinner with Antoine in person will be a grand celebration of Billecart’s finest vintages. The new release of Elisabeth will be flanked by the legendary 2008 en magnum, Nicolas-François 2008 and 2012 en magnum and Louis Salmon 2009, preceded by Billecart’s four beloved non-vintage cuvées, including three en magnum!

Billecart’s prestige cuvée trio has long been one of the finest in Champagne and the fanatical work that the house has put into its non-vintage cuvées over the past decade has been nothing short of a revolution.

Billecart-Salmon has long been one of our favourite houses in Australia. I hold great admiration for Antoine, his family and his team for their resolute commitment to ever-rising excellence, making their family house one of just four to achieve my perfect rating of 10/10.

We are very much looking forward to hosting this intimate dinner in person with Antoine. Guests of my Champagne Tours and dinners have come to love Antoine as the consummate host! I love his no-nonsense candour and his convivial and entertaining joie de vivre.
