It’s my great pleasure to invite you to dinner with Jean-François Clouet,
the exuberant personality behind André Clouet,
one of the finest grower estates in Champagne today.
Jean-François is grower, chef de cave, encyclopaedia of Champagne history, self-confessed ‘gangster’
and, in the words of one of my visiting guests, ‘circus ringmaster’!
He will amaze us with his knowledge of Champagne, delight us with his joie de vivre
and thrill us with cuvées from the grand cru of Bouzy, his family home since 1492.
