It’s our great pleasure to invite you to dinners to celebrate the relaunch of the incredible champagne house of Deutz at Society Restaurant Melbourne with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra on Friday 16 October and at Naldham House Brisbane on Saturday 7 November 2026.

Over the past 17 years and seven editions of The Champagne Guide, Deutz has upheld a coveted position among Champagne’s top 15 houses and growers. Guests of The Champagne Tour consistently name this historic house in the grand cru of Aÿ as their discovery of the week.

Here in Australia, we love the elegant mandate of this house, with a graceful refinement that places it stylistically in the hallowed realms of Billecart-Salmon and Pol Roger. Yet of all the great champagne houses, Deutz has long been the most difficult to find in Australia.

We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new era for Deutz down under, with a wonderful plethora of cuvées landing on our shores for the first time, thanks to its new agency, Australia Wine & Spirits.

Our dinners celebrate the latest disgorgements to arrive and offer a sneak preview of new vintages scheduled to land early next year, of which guests will be offered first rights to an allocation.

As a special gesture to mark this celebration, Deutz has opened its legendary museum cellar and we are proud to present the sublime William Deutz 1996 and Blanc de Blancs 2007!

We will also showcase the brilliant new vintages of Amour de Deuz, Blanc de Blancs, Brut Millésime and the duo of Hommage Blanc de Noirs, alongside Brut Rosé and Brut Classic.

Each will be paired with a five-course menu created by Society Restaurant Melbourne and Naldham House Brisbane.
