Champagne Magnum Dinner: A Rare Experience with Vintec – June 2026

Together with Vintec, it’s my great pleasure to invite you to my Champagne Magnum Dinner Series at O Bar Sydney on Thursday 4 June, Lucia Melbourne on Friday 5 June and The Lodge Brisbane on Friday 12 June.

Magnums are the most sublime format for champagne, and this is the ultimate opportunity to discover why, as we line up seven of my favourite champagne houses in large format!

Leading out with the elegance of Pierre Gimonnet Premier Cru Cuis Blanc de Blancs NV and Billecart-Salmon Le Réserve NV with canapés on arrival, the first entrée will be paired with the refined Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV and the second entrée with Louis Roederer Collection 244 NV. Mains will be accompanied by the depth and maturity of Taittinger Brut Millésime 2016 and Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV. We shall conclude with a hard cheese course set to Bollinger Special Cuvée NV, all en magnum, of course!
