It’s my tremendous pleasure to invite you to an extraordinary experience of every one of the greatest vintages of Krug spanning 1988 to 2004 in the deepest vertical tasting that I have ever presented of this fabled house at Hervé’s Restaurant on Saturday 31 May 2025.

Krug possesses an astonishing ability to mature, and old magnums and bottles of its top vintages rank high among the greatest champagnes of my life. This line up presents all my favourite vintages in three magnums and seven bottles, possessing incredible maturity of between 21 and 37 years of age, and ratings of 100, 99 and 98 points!

Provenance is everything in mature champagne and this once-in-a-lifetime tasting comes thanks to my exclusive access to a remarkable private collection meticulously assembled in the UK and Australia by a wine professional over the past five decades and stored and transported under perfect conditions.

This collection features 1266 bottles, magnums, jeroboams and methuselahs of all the top vintages of the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s of the finest prestige cuvées including Billecart, Bollinger, Dom Pérignon, Krug, Louis Roederer, Philipponnat, Pol Roger, Rare, Ruinart, Salon and Veuve Clicquot. There will be an opportunity to receive first access to purchase from this extraordinary collection on the day.

A line up of this calibre deserves the ultimate food pairings and it’s my great delight to announce the comeback of Shannon Kellam himself in the kitchen and Clare Kellam on front of house!
