From the hills near Rosignano Monferrato, this is a savoury and textural wine of dried thyme, olive and dried rose petal character, accented by tart strawberry fruit, vibrant acidity and firm, fine tannins. Imported by Dan Murphy’s, the price is as enticing as a lightly chilled glass on a warm afternoon.
