Together with Antoine Roland-Billecart himself, it’s my great honour to invite you to the Australian launch of Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Nicolas-François 2012, Cuvée Louis Salmon 2012 and Cuvée Elisabeth-Salmon 2012 at O Bar in Sydney on Monday 28 April 2025.

Besides Krug itself, there is no greater trio of prestige blanc de blancs, rosé and blend in Champagne than Billecart-Salmon. 2012 is one of Champagne’s greatest vintages this century and we are very excited to present all three cuvées alongside the legendary 2008s!

This will be the very first tasting in Australia of Billecart’s sublime new vintage trio. Our evening will commence with its beloved non-vintages of Brut Réserve, Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, all en magnum!

Billecart-Salmon has long been one of our favourite houses in Australia. I hold great admiration for Antoine and his family and team for their resolute commitment to ever-rising excellence, making their family house one of just four to achieve my perfect rating of 10/10.

I am very much looking forward to hosting this momentous tasting in person with Antoine. Guests of my Champagne Tours and dinners have come to love Antoine as the consummate host! I love his no-nonsense candour and his convivial and entertaining joie de vivre.
