Now the word is out, and I unearthed it just days before it was spotlighted with a gold medal in the Barossa Wine Show this week. There’s an enticing hint of white pepper to its pretty bouquet of lime blossom and lemon zest. The palate continues the theme with delightful purity and considerable persistence. Fine, softly textured minerality on a gentle, clean finish points to an earlier drinking style.
