A gorgeous bouquet captures the edgy mood of the season in its kaffir lime zest, lime drop, white pepper and lifted lime blossom aromas. The palate is immaculately balanced, carrying all the same flavours long, crisp and clean, perfectly tempered with succulent sweetness, yet finishing crisp, taut and softly textural. $19 at Dan’s.
