Barrel and bottle maturity have built subtle, savoury charcuterie complexity, which provides depth and character to an otherwise vivacious and youthful style of tense lemon juice acidity. It’s honed, linear and focused, with subtle, well-gauged dosage and a fine, creamy bead.
