Benchmarks of such history-defining calibre are crucial for Australian wine at every level, and alongside recent Bordeaux First Growth indent campaigns it looks like a positive bargain! I have tasted this wine four times over the past three years and it gets incrementally more profound every time. If you must have a bottle, your best chance is Penfolds cellar door (Ph 08 8301 5544).
